I will proclaim your greatness, my God and king; I will thank you forever and ever.
2
Every day I will thank you; I will praise you forever and ever.

The Lord is great and is to be highly praised; his greatness is beyond understanding Psalm 145 1-3
How could....
Someone have existed before creation?
Someone speak things into existence?
He Create a plan of salvation and family before the beginning of time?
He Love a son and yet send Him to die for the salvation of those He would call?
Someone be tri-une; one God in three persons?
He Be aware of all things, past, present and future? (I'm lucky if I'm aware of what's happening
at this very moment!)
He Completely know our, that's each of us, thoughts, words, desires, hopes...?
He Be Holy. Completely independent of His creation while still showing loving-kindness?
He Be a great Father to all who would love and believe in His son?
He Be perfectly righteous?
He Be at all places, simultaneously?
He Ask for and then hear all prayers?
HE Have a book of names; yet, wish for all His creation to be saved?
He Laugh at the devil and make good His promise to crush his head?
He Be a totally fair judge of all creation?
He Hate, and I mean hate, ALL sin?
He Part the waters of a great sea so that His people, Israel, could cross on dry land and..
you know the rest.
He Raise His hand and calm the tempest?
He Raise people from the dead by His voice?
He Have an individual plan for each of our lives?
He Seek to be glorified; yet, caring enough to wipe away a single tear!
Well, I could go on, couldn't I? Pretty obvious why Rich Mullins wrote the song,
"Awesome God."
Praise His awesome name! Love you back, Gracious, Glorious Father of the
Universe!!!
